Meeting Notes
- SCS/CRL Grant Proposal Presentation and Discussion Debrief
- Action: Rosemont Ops (Ivy and Kim) will draft a recommendation for Exec and response to SCS/CRL. Grant proposal should be included as part of the submission to Exec.
- Representing Rosemont in PAPR
- There is some sense that it would be premature to add Rosemont as a program to all records.
- Suggestion to examine the possibility of including a program description in PAPR without including a unified list or adding another program name to records - instead redirecting users to the separate lists of participating programs.
- Another option for consideration: Rosemont description page with title lists available for download from each region.
- Consideration of the operational goal of providing easy access to a unified title list of Rosemont-affiliated retentions; additionally an operation goal may be to ensure visibility of Rosemont when users are searching individual titles/examining records.
- Action: Alison will mock up the model and distribute to Rosemont Ops, then engage with Amy Wood, CRL.
- Roadmap Review
- Rosemont Ops engaged in an initial discussion of potential revisions to the roadmap. A subset of the committee has been actively reviewing and drafting revisions to present to the full committee. Discussion to continue.
- ALA Meeting Planning
- Action: Kim will check on BTAA available space and send out a Doodle poll. John offers to assist if there are space issues.
